The BusinessObjects People help its customers through a portfolio of consulting, advisory, implementation and support services and has achieved Partner Centre of Expertise (PCoE) certification from SAP. This certification validates that our Support organisation fulfils the requirements needed to provide high quality support services for SAP BusinessObjects BI solutions in accordance with SAP's current technical and organisational standards.
This certification process reviews a channel partner's entire support centre, including support staff, processes and infrastructure.
